How to Find an Ivy League Egg Donor

At Cofertility, our unique model has helped us attract a more diverse set of donors… and a highly educated group at that. Ninety-two percent of our donors are in or have graduated from a 4-year college, and the majority (55%!) even have a graduate degree. Our donors aren’t doing it for money. At Cofertility, our donors freeze their eggs for free in exchange for donating half of the eggs to your family. This has enabled us to unlock an entirely new group of egg donors that would likely not have donated otherwise.

At Cofertility, we’re changing egg donation by creating a model that is more ethical and human-centered. Our unique approach has attracted a diverse group of highly educated egg donors—92% are in or have graduated from a 4-year college, and an impressive 55% hold a graduate degree. But what truly sets us apart is our commitment to empowering donors while helping families grow.

Unlike traditional egg donation programs, our donors aren’t motivated by financial compensation. Instead, they freeze their eggs for free in exchange for donating a portion to your family. Our Split Model not only makes egg freezing more accessible but also unlocks a new group of donors—women who are passionate about helping others while preserving their own future fertility.

Whether you’re searching for an Ivy League donor or simply want to connect with someone who shares your values, we are here to guide you every step of the way.

Why choose Cofertility to match with an egg donor

We’ve reimagined the egg donation process to make it more ethical, transparent, and empowering for everyone involved. Our unique model not only benefits families seeking donors but also supports donors in their own reproductive journeys. Here’s what sets us apart:

  • Highly educated donors: Our donors have attended top schools like Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, UPenn, and Cornell.
  • Ethical model: Donors keep half their eggs for their own future use, empowering them to take control of their reproductive health.
  • Transparent process: From donor matching to pricing, we prioritize clarity and honesty.

By choosing Cofertility, you’re not just finding a donor—you’re joining a community that values education, empowerment, and ethical practices. Our goal is to make the egg donation journey as seamless and rewarding as possible for both families and donors.

How to get started: find an Ivy League donor

We have hundreds of kind, smart egg donors who have been pre-qualified and are ready to match with your family. So how do you get started?

  1. Create a free account. Fill out our form to share about your family and what you’re looking for in a donor. It just takes a few minutes.
  2. Use the filter to sort by education – Top 50 School, Top 20 School, or Ivy League.
  3. Find your match. From there, learn about our pre-qualified donors who meet your criteria— their values, personalities, and more. Once you’ve found the right match, we’ll make it official with your doctor’s approval.
  4. Get support for life. After you bring home your baby, continue to enjoy our resources — educational materials, support systems, and more — for life.

It’s important to know that our model is different. We empower women to take control of their own reproductive health while giving you the gift of a lifetime. Our donors aren’t doing it for cash – they keep half the eggs retrieved for their own future use, and donate half to your family. Because of this, we have been able to recruit and match truly amazing egg donors.

What schools have Cofertility egg donors attended?

Multiple people on our team have attended Ivy League colleges and graduate schools, and our donors have attended some of the most prestigious universities in the world, including:

  • Harvard
  • Princeton
  • Stanford
  • UPenn
  • Cornell

We’re adding new donors every day, so if you don’t see a match now, let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll keep you updated.

How much does it cost to match with an Ivy League donor?

We know IVF and egg donation are big expenses for families, and we want to help you financially plan for your donation journey. During a fresh egg donation journey with Cofertility, you will pay a Match Initiation Fee, coordination fee, third-party expenses plus any cycle expenses from your clinic associated with the donor's medical protocol, medications, and egg retrieval. If your donor needs to travel for any part of this, you will be responsible for covering those costs.

In a frozen egg donation journey with Cofertility, pricing is based on a per-egg pricing model and the total cost of each match in turn varies based on the number of frozen eggs available. The match cost is inclusive of all expenses associated with the coordination of the cycle and with the donor’s screening, retrieval, and medications. It’s the all-in cost of getting frozen eggs.

All of our pricing also includes our Baby Guarantee, our promise that if for any reason outside your control your initial match does not lead to a live birth, we’ll re-match you for free until that happens.

The Cofertility difference

When you work with Cofertility, you’re choosing a partner that prioritizes care, respect, and empowerment for everyone involved—especially our donors. We believe that egg donation should be a positive and fulfilling experience for donors, which is why we treat them with the utmost respect and care throughout the process.

Our donors aren’t just participants; they have a personal stake in the outcomes of split cycles. By preserving half of the eggs retrieved for their own future use, they’re investing in their reproductive health while helping your family grow. This unique model ensures that donors are motivated by more than just financial compensation—they’re equally invested in the success of the cycle.

When you work with Cofertility, you’ll have access to:

  • A transparent, human-centered matching platform.
  • Donor profiles that highlight personalities, values, and backgrounds.
  • Partnerships with leading fertility clinics for a seamless experience.

We’re proud to create a community where donors feel valued, families feel supported, and everyone has a shared goal of building brighter futures.

We’d love to help your family on this journey
