We are a fully remote team and we pride ourselves on building an environment that encourages flexibility and a full life beyond work. While our team is spread across the country, we communicate regularly throughout the day and host in-person offsites two to three times a year.

Director, Program Growth & Operations

Cofertility is rapidly scaling our frozen egg donation program as a core business line. We are hiring a Director to own and operate Cofertility’s Frozen Program, with end-to-end accountability for growth, unit economics, and member experience. You’ll oversee the business and team, and own the full funnel and user journey from donor acquisition to conversion, as well as matches with intended parents, driving revenue growth and retention. You’ll report to the COO, serving as a senior operator and trusted partner. You’ll join a fast-moving, mission-driven team and play a central role in shaping how the business scales.

Head of Marketing

We’re hiring a full-stack Head of Marketing to own Cofertility’s growth engine end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for driving efficient, scalable acquisition while shaping a category-defining brand. You’ll operate as both strategist and executor — leading a high-performing lean internal team and select agencies, while also getting deep into the weeds yourself. You should be equally comfortable reviewing CAC by channel, writing ad copy, rethinking lifecycle flows, testing unconventional acquisition channels, and defining our long-term brand narrative. This role will be a member of our leadership team, reporting to our CEO.

We are hiring a Member Advocate to help manage our third party reproduction cases with donors and intended parents. The Member Advocate will have a primary focus on day to day case management while also building processes and procedures to scale. You’ll join our growing, fast paced team, managing several cases at different stages simultaneously.
