We are hiring a Member Outreach Specialist to support our Clinical Operations and Matchmaking teams in guiding members through their egg donation journeys. This is a member-facing role that blends education, support, and service across several channels of communication for both egg donors and intended parents. You’ll be a responsive, empathetic presence available when our members need us most. This role is ideal for someone who is a great communicator and passionate about third-party reproduction. You will have the unique opportunity to help people freeze their eggs for free, as well as guide matches between donors and intended parents from inception, ultimately helping people build the families of their dreams.

Candidates must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours a day in your local timezone). Interest in additional weekday hours is a bonus; weekday work would be available in addition to weekend, but weekend is a must.

      • Document updates and relevant information in member profiles
      • Demonstrate enthusiasm about third party reproduction and effectively educate Split members
  • Lead intended parent calls
    • Conduct scheduled video sales calls with intended parent leads to discuss their family building and matchmaking goals and help them learn about Cofertility
    • Complete outbound calls to new intended parent leads
    • Monitor and answer the inbound company phone line, fielding calls to other team members as necessary
  • Real-time member support
    • Monitor and respond promptly to member and lead inquiries over email
    • Provide assistance with scheduling, program clarifications, and general support
    • Collaborate with the broader Cofertility team to ensure a seamless experience and consistent communication for Split members and intended Parents

Professional Characteristics

  • 3-5 years experience in a client-facing role - ideally in education, sales, patient navigation, or member support
  • Strong communication skills over Zoom, phone, and email; comfortable discussing sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Tech savvy. Proficient in Google Suite, able to learn and manage Customer Success / Operations tools. Experience with egg donor software is a plus
  • Available both Saturday and Sunday, 9am - 5pm in your local timezone
  • Familiarity with the fertility landscape and egg donation a plus

Personal Characteristics

  • Empathetic and curious
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable and comfortable working remotely
  • Passionate about reproductive health and family-building
  • A natural connector who enjoys helping people navigate complex choices

Our company values

Human centered, always
We’re a “family” business

Our goal is to help people build families — today or in the future — no matter who they are or what life stage they’re in. This extends not only to our users and their families, but also, to our team. We care about each other as coworkers and humans, and support each other while helping other families grow.

Our Members > everything
We lead with empathy

Every decision we make ladders back to our Members. We always aim to put ourselves in their figurative shoes, and use this as a gut check as much as possible. Understanding our Members allows us to build experiences that are more transparent, less icky, and as always, human-centered.

Everything is figureoutable
We’re owners, not renters

We care deeply about solving real problems in our industry, starting with how we build and run this organization. When faced with challenges, we take our time to figure it out, and do the right thing for the long term. We’re “all hands on deck,” and comfortable jumping in where our talents are needed. Simply put — we’re not just “renting” here for a bit, we’re owners.

Everyone is welcome
We support family-building for all

At Co, we strive to embody inclusion and always create welcoming spaces for our employees and our Members alike. In every decision, we consider how different genders, races, sexual orientations, and backgrounds might feel, experience, or think about the topic at hand. Representation and inclusion are at our core.

Data is queen
We’re scientists at heart

We’re in a never-ending pursuit for knowledge that improves our Members’ experience and family-building outcomes. We love and seek data to make informed decisions, from the latest studies on fertility preservation and donor conception to internal metrics that can lead to product improvements. We iterate and innovative, and are not afraid to change our minds in the face of new facts.
