What is Men Having Babies?

Founded in 2012, the organization has helped hundreds of gay men become fathers and has also advocated for the rights of LGBTQ+ parents and their children.
The mission of Men Having Babies is to provide practical and emotional support to gay men who are looking to start families. The organization offers a variety of programs and services to help prospective parents navigate the complex process of surrogacy, including educational seminars, online resources, and financial assistance programs.
Benefits of joining Men Having Babies

Who started Men Having Babies?
Another thing we love about Men Having Babies is that it was founded by a gay dad who had gone through the process with his husband and wanted to share his knowledge and support to make it easier for other gay men to have children. He recognized that the process could be expensive, complicated, and emotionally challenging, and he wanted to help others navigate it with confidence and support.
Ron Poole-Dayan, the Founder and Executive Director, and his husband were among the first same-sex couples in the nation to father children through gestational surrogacy. His twins were conceived with the use of eggs donated by Greg’s sister, and carried by a gestational carrier. This experience inspired him to start the organization to help other families.
