The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

What we’re looking for
We are hiring a Product Operations Manager to nurture our product lifecycle from end-to-end. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales to meet our member needs and drive business initiatives from ideation to launch and beyond. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to ensure we build products/services that our customers love. The ideal Product Operations Manager is super detail-oriented, biased for execution and dedicated to driving the business forward. This role will report to the Head of Operations & Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Funnel Management & Optimization: Monitor funnel health and partner with clinical operations, marketing, and engineering to implement enhancements and experiences that improve conversion rates within funnels
- Data Analytics & Reporting: With growth in mind, track and report on product performance through the implementation and mastery of analytics dashboards
- Product Development & Strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams to define the product vision and strategy for the tools and technologies that enable our services, owning key stages of the product development lifecycle
- Experimentation: Leverage user feedback and business data to test various hypotheses that grow the business
- Operations: Apply a lens of efficiency to how the business runs and be a resident expert and teacher on tools and tool usability
- Project management: lead go-to-market plans and cross functional team meetings
- Center our user: Gather and synthesize insights from member behavior and feedback to identify needs and pain points and implement Improvements
Professional Characteristics
- 6+ years in product operations, business consulting, or a similar advisory / analytical role. Startup experience preferred
- Bias for execution, not afraid to be scrappy and build while we are flying
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and external customers effectively
- Deep understanding of user experience principles and the ability to create human-centered product solutions
- Strong ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions
- Proven ability to bring key stakeholders across functions together to achieve strategic alignment
- Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork across diverse teams
- Effective prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Someone who gets joy from assessing and optimizing processes to be more efficient in a fast-paced, start-up environment

What we're looking for
We are hiring a Member Experience Manager/Member Advocate to help manage our third party reproduction cases with donors and intended parents. The Member Experience Manager will have a primary focus on day to day case management while also building processes and procedures to scale. You’ll join our growing, fast paced team, managing several cases at different stages simultaneously.
You will be a key member of our Member Experience team as you:
- Serve as an advocate for intended parents and Split Members (egg donors) as they navigate their egg donation journey
- Act as the primary point of contact for our members, guiding them through their egg donation journeys via video call, phone call, and email
- Manage relationships with medical providers to coordinate the retrievals for member donors - including scheduling travel, managing escrow funding, coordinating screenings and egg retrievals
- Optimize and build case management best practices and operational procedures
- Track match progress in our CRM tool, ensuring the documentation for each match is captured seamlessly
- Follow industry guidelines as directed by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
Who we’re looking for
Professional Characteristics:
- 5+ years third party reproduction case manager/coordinator with experience working with multiple cases at once
- An excellent communicator with experience working with medical or fertility clinics and providers (preferred)
- A problem solver, who is ready to take on challenges the moment they arise and enjoys fast paced work
- Someone who is always looking for ways to be more efficient
- Interested in the third party reproduction field and is comfortable supporting and educating our members through egg donation, egg freezing, and embryo creation
- A collaborative team player
- Proficient in Google Suite, CRM tools, experience with egg donor software a plus
