The Keep Program

Freeze and store your eggs for your own future, with access to lower pricing on parts of the process and dedicated support from our team.

Why choose the Keep program?

How much will it cost?

There’s no fee to join the Keep program, so you’ll only pay the direct costs related to your cycle. Freezing your eggs is a meaningful financial commitment, but we make it more manageable while ensuring you receive the highest level of support with access to:
  • Preferred pricing at our partner clinics
  • Discounted rates on long-term storage
  • Flexible payment options through financing partners
  • Vetted fertility clinic recommendations
  • Dedicated support from our team

Pricing varies by clinic, location, and more. Get in touch with our team to get a more detailed breakdown.

How does the process work?

Self-funding your egg freezing through our Keep program involves several steps:

1

Take the initial quiz

If you haven’t already, to kick off the process, take our quiz and tell us a bit about yourself. This only takes about a minute. You’ll receive an email that shares which of our program(s) you’re eligible for. If you decide that the Keep program is right for you, that email will contain a link to start the process.

2

Fill out the Keep form

If you’d like to move forward with the Keep program, fill out our short form to learn about our clinic partners based on your location. We’ll share pre-vetted fertility clinic options near you, selected based on outcomes, reviews, success rates, and available discounts.

3

Get personalized pricing

All Cofertility Keep members receive discounts on their egg storage, and depending on your clinic, can also receive preferred pricing, discounted cycle fees, or free consultations. Your chosen clinic will provide a detailed breakdown of what your costs could look like as part of your consultation.

4

Schedule your initial consultation

When you select a Keep partner to move forward with in the form, we’ll reach out to kick off the process and set up your first appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist. With our preferred clinics, Cofertility members skip long waitlists and benefit from guaranteed turnaround times.

5

Discuss financing options

Keep is self-funded, but through our financing partners you’ll have access to flexible payment plans and resources to make costs more manageable. Your Member Advocate will help you choose the option that works best for you.

6

Join the members-only community

After booking your consultation, you’ll be added to our members-only community. Here, you can connect with others freezing their eggs and access fertility experts through Q&As and webinars.

7

Start your egg freezing cycle

You’ll take medications for about two weeks to start your cycle and when the eggs are ready, they’ll be retrieved in a quick outpatient procedure. From there, all of your eggs are frozen and stored for whenever you’re ready to use them.

Serene Russell

“Having a family and children has always been such a big dream of mine, but I know life doesn’t always go as planned. I wanted to empower myself as a woman by taking my fertility into my own hands and giving myself choices for the future. That’s why I chose to work with Cofertility — they make the entire process so much more accessible. I’m so grateful to Cofertility for making this possible not just for me, but for so many other women who want to feel empowered about their futures.”
